壹、希波克拉底醫師誓詞
余謹直誓，醫藥諸聖及上下神祇實鑒證之，余必就余之能力
與判斷，履行誓約。
余當尊業師如父母；與之同甘苦通有無，視其家屬如昆季。
倘彼等願學醫，余當傳之以業而不取酬。
對于吾子，與吾師之子及凡宣此誓之生徒，余當盡心訓導之，對于未嘗宣誓之人，余將弗教。
余必依吾能力與判斷，以治病人，永不存損害妄為之念，人有求毒藥者，余絕不予之，亦決不自提期議。
余永不施術墮胎。
余必保持行為與學術之聖潔。
余將不施刀割，即使對于真患胱石者亦然，余只讓當地之匠人為之。
凡入人家，皆為治病，余決不作任何謬妄損害之企圖，尤不冒瀆人身，不論其為自由男女或奴隸。
醫學處世，凡所見聞有不應宣洩者，余當永守秘密。

I swear by Apollo Physician by Asclepius, by Health, by Panacea, and by all the gods and goddesses, making them my witnesses, that I will carry out, according to my ability and judgment, this oath and this indenture.
To hold my teacher in this art equal to my own parents; to make him partner in my livelihood; when he is in need of money to share mine with him; to consider his family as my own brothers, and to teach them this art, if they want learn it, without fee or indenture.
To impart precept, oral instruction, and all other instruction to my own son, the sons of my teacher, and to indentures pupils who have taken the physician's oath, but to nobody else.
I will use treatment to help the sick according to my ability and judgment, but never with a view to injury and wrongdoing. Neither will I administer a poison to anybody when asked to do so, nor will I suggest such a course.
Similarly, I will not give to a woman a pessary to cause abortion. But I will keep pure and holy both my life and my art.
I will not use the knife, not even, verily, on sufferers from stone, but I will give place to such as are craftsmen therein, Into whatsoever houses I enter, I will enter to help the sick, and I will abstain from all intentional wrongdoing and harm, especially from abusing the bodies of man or woman, bond or free.
And whatsoever I shall see or hear in the course of my profession, as well as outside my profession in my intercourse with men, if it be what should not be published abroad, I will never divulge, holding such things to be holy secrets.
Now, if I carry out this oath, and break it not, may I gain forever reputation among all men for my life and for my art; but if I transgress it and forswear myself, may the opposite befall me.

所參加之醫藥照應計畫，乃醫師無獨立之權者。
為病者服務時，收受正當醫師費外之任何財幣，或付給任何財幣而為病人所不知
者。
、不論在任何情勢下，醫師絕不可作減弱人類身心抵抗力之事，除非基於病者之利益，確為防治所必需。
、醫師對于公布發明，宜極慎重，于宣布其價值尚未為醫界所公認之療法亦然。
、當被延作證或出證明書時，醫師僅當敘述其所確知者。
二、醫師對病人之責任：
、醫師必須牢記：保持人之生命，當自受胎時起至死亡時止。
、醫師有對病者竭智盡忠之義務。當檢查或療治超出其能力時，必須召集另一有能力醫師。
、醫師因得病者之付託或信任所知秘密，必須絕對保守不宣。
、醫師對於急症，必須施以所需之治療，除非確知他醫必能為之處理。
三、醫師對同道之責任：
、醫師對于同道之行為，必需一如其欲同道施于彼者。
、醫師萬勿奪取同道之病人。
、醫師必須遵守世界醫學協會所認可之日內瓦宣言之原則。
肆、病人權利宣言（一九八一年世界醫學會在葡萄牙舉行之第三十四次大會所採用者）
一、病人有自由選擇醫師的權利。
二、病人有接受醫師於不受外界干擾下，自由執行臨床及醫療道德上有關判斷的權利。
三、病人於了解正確資訊後，有接受或拒絕治療的權利。
四、病人有權要求醫師尊重其所有醫療及個人資料的隱密性。
五、面對死亡的病人，有權要求應有的尊嚴。
六、病人有接受或拒絕宗教協助精神慰藉的權利。
伍、醫師專業的獨立與自由宣言（一九八六年世界醫學會在加州舉行之第三十八次大會所採用者）
一、醫師必須尊重及支持病人的權利。
二、醫師必須有照顧病人的事業自由。
三、醫師必須有專業的獨立以保護病人的健康。
四、醫師執行醫療作業時，不可受制於政府或社會的醫療資源不足而降低其醫療品質。
五、醫師應關心病人的醫療經費，並在其醫療範圍內主動為病人爭取醫療經費。
